Saturday Night at Wolverhampton’s Firework Event
Last weekend was Wolverhampton’s big firework event, and it was such a great evening from start to finish. We parked a little further away to take advantage of the free parking and enjoyed a nice walk to the venue.
The atmosphere was buzzing — the air filled with the smells of street food, the sounds of live music, and the excitement from the funfair. We wandered around, took it all in, and grabbed a few drinks before sharing a delicious steak burger topped with cheese and sautéed onions, plus a portion of curry chips on the side.
We caught a few of the live performances and watched both the children’s firework display and the main show. The fireworks were absolutely stunning — perfectly timed with the music and lighting up the sky in every color. It really was something special.
Afterward, we strolled back to the car, stopping at Aunt Sally’s for a Caribbean takeaway to enjoy at home — and wow, it was amazing too. A perfect way to end a perfect night.
